Welcome to Unfoldlove. By using this website (unfoldlove.live), you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language — no legal tricks, just what you should know before you buy.

1. About us

Unfoldlove is operated as a sole proprietorship trading under the name AV Global Tech, based at 217, Chand Nagar, New Delhi — 110018, India. For any communication regarding these terms, write to contact@avglobaltech.com or reach customer support at avtechnologies.it@gmail.com.

2. What Unfoldlove is

Unfoldlove is a digital gift card platform. You buy credits, use each credit to build a personalised animated gift card (with a partner name, photos, message, music and animations), and share the unique URL with the person you love. The recipient opens the URL on their phone or computer and experiences a scroll-through gift.

Every card lives forever at its unique URL as long as this service exists. Cards are editable by you at any time.

3. Who can use Unfoldlove

• • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase credits or create cards.
• • You must provide accurate email, name and payment information at checkout.
• • One person, one account. Don't share your account login with anyone.
• • You are responsible for all activity happening under your account.

4. Buying credits

Credits are sold in packs (currently 5 credits for the listed price). Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking and wallets supported by Razorpay.

Credits are delivered instantly to your dashboard on successful payment. Credits do not expire. Credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once a credit is spent on publishing a card, that credit is consumed. See our Refund Policy for full refund rules.

5. Content you upload

You will upload content to build your card: partner names, photos, personal messages, memories, dates. This content is yours. You keep full ownership.

By uploading content, you grant Unfoldlove a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it on your card's unique URL, purely so the card works for you and your intended recipient. We don't use your content in marketing, share it with third parties, or repurpose it in any other way.

You promise that:

• • You own the photos and content you upload, or have the right to use them.
• • The person named on the card is not being harassed, stalked or impersonated.
• • Nothing you upload is sexual content involving minors, violates any law, incites hatred or violence, or infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.

6. What's ours

The Unfoldlove name, logo, brand marks, templates, animations, code, design system and all platform features are the intellectual property of AV Global Tech. You may not copy, clone, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from our platform.

You get a licence to use the platform for personal gift-giving. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ✧ Use Unfoldlove to send spam, threats, harassment, blackmail or unwanted contact.
• ✧ Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to break into our systems or other users' accounts.
• ✧ Bulk-scrape our platform, run bots, or resell access.
• ✧ Use Unfoldlove for anything illegal in India.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we discover any of the above — and in serious cases, report you to law enforcement.

8. Termination

You can stop using Unfoldlove any time. Email us if you want your account fully deleted — we'll process it within 15 days.

We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or file a chargeback without contacting us first. In such cases, unused credits may be forfeited.

9. Service availability

We aim for near-100% uptime, but we can't promise it. Occasional maintenance, upstream outages (Supabase, Razorpay, Vercel, Cloudflare) or bugs may cause temporary downtime.

We are not liable for missed anniversaries, birthdays or gift moments caused by temporary service unavailability. Please plan a small buffer.

10. No warranties

Unfoldlove is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the fitness, reliability, accuracy or availability of the service. Your use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AV Global Tech, its proprietor, employees, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of Unfoldlove.

Our total liability to you in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident, or ₹5,000 — whichever is lower.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll email account holders. Continued use of Unfoldlove after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
